Until 1905 the farm was run by the Pilz family. Sadly however this family had no children. In 1895, the daughter Anna Reiter was adopted.In 1911 at the age of twenty-two she married the son of the farmer Gottlieb Höflehner, vlg. Tonner, in Preunegg.
The two were granted a long life with lots of joy in the family. But they also had to endure much suffering. 8 boys and 2 girls were born. One boy and one girl died in infancy, 4 boys fell in the war.

In 1941, the Irxner farm was passed over to son Hans. In 1942He married Johanna Tritscher, Kobald, a Ramsau daughter. From this marriage Hans Höflehner was born in 1945. Unfortunately, the father Hans did not return from the war.
His brother Sepp Höflehner came back as a heavy war invalid. Fortunately there was another wedding: with the widow Johanna in 1951.
From this marriage two children, Richard and Monica were born. In 1972 the mother, Johanna Höflehner, passed away from a serious illness at the age of fifty-two.
The grandmother Anna Höflehner died in 1976 at the age of eighty-four. The grandfather Gottlieb Höflehner died at the age of ninety-five in 1982.

The custody Sepp Höflehner took of Hansi Höflehner ended with Hansi’s coming of age. In 1966 the farm was taken over by Hansi and after marriage in 1967 to Maria Höflehner, born Thaler, the Irxnerhof was run and expanded by the two of them together. From this marriage two boys and one girl, Doris, were born in 1968. Doris is now married to Hermann Kirchgasser and is the mother of 4 children (Maria, Christian, Stefan and Andreas). 1972 Gerhard was born, father of 3 children (Matthias, Katharina und Sebastian) and married to Eva. Johannes was born in 1978 and he is the father of a son (Julian). In 2006 Johannes took over the Farm and the Holiday Inn with his longtime companion Caroline. He and his family operate these with much delight.
